LEVER
Formerly RAMP DeFi, then LeverFi, then Sedunia
NOTR is a new independent project and we are just launching. The community voting platform is in development; for now we publish reviews. Not investment advice, and we do not assess price.
In 2022 the project and MEXC stated a maximum of 35B LEVER and no new minting. Today Etherscan shows 55.79B. Of the 4 promises we could check, 1 was kept. It did not pass NOTR’s entry checks: the supply exceeds the stated cap and the contract can be upgraded.
In plain words
LEVER promised a fixed number of coins and no new ones. Today there are about 59% more than the promised maximum.
The project says it lost company and user money, but it gives no dates, amounts or causes.
The deadlines for swapping the old coin for the new one kept moving, and we could not find out who runs the project or who bought its assets.
All LEVER coins together are worth about $62 thousand today. We do not know what happened and we accuse no one. We list what can be checked and what cannot.
In short: five facts
- Supply cap. In 2022 the project and the MEXC exchange stated a maximum of 35B LEVER and “no minting of additional tokens”. Etherscan today shows 55,786,500,000.
- Delisting. Binance announced the LEVER delisting on 26 Jun 2025; spot trading closed on 4 Jul 2025. No LEVER-specific reason was given, only a general asset review.
- Swap deadlines kept changing. In February 2026 the project became Sedunia and called the LEVER-to-SED swap a one-time window until 22 Mar. The deadline moved to 21 Apr (“strictly final”), on 24 Apr it said the swap was “open until further notice”, and around 16 May the swap was closed.
- Security incident. The project itself reports “the loss of certain company and user assets”. No dates, amounts, causes or independent review.
- Sale of assets. Around 30 May 2026 the project announced that its architecture and code are being acquired by an unnamed private investment firm. Around 6 Jun it asked holders for identity verification by 12 Jun. No legal entity or contact is named.
We do not know why the supply increased, where the tokens went, or what happened to users’ money. We make no claim about the team’s intent: all we have is changed commitments and moved deadlines.
What is confirmed, and what is not
Both lists use only facts that appear in this review. The sections named in brackets show the source of each.
Confirmed by public records
- In 2022 the project and MEXC stated a maximum of 35B LEVER and no new minting. Etherscan shows 55,786,500,000 today (The number, Token facts).
- The contract is an upgradeable proxy, so its logic can be replaced. Its code is verified on the explorer (Token facts, Explorer screenshots).
- Binance announced the delisting on 26 Jun 2025; spot trading closed on 4 Jul 2025 (Timeline).
- The LEVER-to-SED swap deadline moved more than once: 22 Mar, then 21 Apr called “strictly final”, then “open until further notice”, then closed (Promises).
- The token has 9,377 holders and an on-chain market cap of about $62K, with a 24h volume of about $0.24 on the 11 exchanges CoinMarketCap lists (Token facts, Entry checks).
- The project itself reports “the loss of certain company and user assets”, without dates, amounts or causes (In short).
On the project’s side
- Of 12 logged promises, 1 was kept on time: the wallet trading closure on 15 May 2026, announced in advance (Promises).
- The contract code is public and verified on Etherscan and BscScan, so anyone can read it (Entry checks).
- The @LeverFi account and the contract addresses agree with the CoinMarketCap listing (Entry checks).
Not confirmed
- Where the tokens minted in June 2025 went, and whose key minted them.
- Whether there were losses from a hack, and in what amounts. The only source is the project’s own post.
- Who the buyer of the assets is, whether the “fully funded escrow” exists, and how much is in it.
- Whether payouts happened by the “final date” of 12 Jun 2026.
- Who is on the team. The 2026 posts are signed “Sedunia Foundation” and “Sedunia Network”; we found no registration details.
- Whether the websites are online: leverfi.io and sedunia.io did not open in our check on 17 Oct 2026, from one phone on one connection.
Where we stand: it did not pass the entry checks (1 passed, 1 failed, 2 partial, of 4 required). We make no claim about the team’s intent. The project did not reply within the 7-day window.
The number that did not add up
- 35.0B stated cap (2022, MEXC and Binance Research)
- 13.7B reported as minted (Unchained, 30 Jun 2025; we did not check the mints on-chain)
- ≈7.1B not explained by any source we found
According to Unchained (30 Jun 2025), about 13.7B new tokens were minted per on-chain data; the article carries no explanation from the team. 35 + 13.7 = 48.7B, not 55.79B. The gap of about 7.1B is not explained by any source. We did not check the dates and amounts of individual mints on-chain.
Timeline
Day 0 is 25 Feb 2026. The project announced a one-time window until 22 Mar with “no late swaps”, moved the deadline to 21 Apr (“strictly final”), then said on 24 Apr that swaps stay open until further notice. The portal swap closed around 16 May (date from page metadata).

What cannot be verified
- Where the tokens minted in June 2025 went, and whose key minted them.
- Whether there were losses from a hack and in what amounts. The only source is the project’s own post.
- Who the buyer of the assets is, whether the “fully funded escrow” exists, and how much is in it.
- Whether payouts happened by the “final date” of 12 Jun 2026.
- Whether the Sedunia wallet was released in app stores.
- Whether the project’s websites are online: leverfi.io and sedunia.io did not open in our check on 17 Oct 2026.
- Real use of the product before 2025: we found no independent data.
The team is not named in the open sources. The 2026 posts are signed “Sedunia Foundation” and “Sedunia Network”; we found no registration details or named leadership.
NOTR entry-gate checks
A project must pass all four required checks to go to a NOTR vote. LEVER passed 1, failed 1 and met 2 only partly, so it did not pass.
| Check | Result | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Contract verified on the explorer (required) | Passed | Etherscan and BscScan: contract code is published and verified. LEVER is a proxy |
| No hidden mint or admin rights (required) | Failed | Supply grew from 35B to 55.79B and the contract is upgradeable. Who minted and when was not checked |
| Token can be sold (required) | Partial | CoinMarketCap lists 11 exchanges, 24h volume about $0.24. We did not run a sell-trap test |
| Links match (required) | Partial | The @LeverFi account and contract addresses agree with CoinMarketCap. On 17 Oct 2026 neither leverfi.io nor sedunia.io opened when we tried from a phone on a mobile connection, so we could not compare the links on them. |
| Audit | Needs checking | CertiK score 3.6 on CoinMarketCap; we have not seen the report |
| Known team | No | No names disclosed |
| Open distribution and unlock schedule | No | Not described in the SED token post |
If you held LEVER or SED
Do not send documents, passport photos or your wallet recovery phrase, and do not give wallet access, through links in posts that do not name a legal entity. We do not know whether the buyout procedure is genuine. Verify only what you found yourself on sites and accounts you can confirm independently. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.
Right of reply and disclosure
On 16 Oct 2026 we asked the project publicly on X (@LeverFi): when and why the additional supply was issued, who issued it, what exactly happened with security, and who the buyer of the assets is. Reply deadline: 7 days, until 23 Oct 2026. As of 20 Oct 2026 there is no reply. We publish now and keep the window open: any answer will be added next to this text, unedited. If we got a fact wrong, we will correct it against a supporting document.
Disclosure: the author holds no position in LEVER or SED. The project did not pay NOTR and had no influence on the text.
How we checked
What we did:
- Read the project’s own posts and exchange announcements, and logged each promise with its date and source.
- Compared the stated supply with the figures on Etherscan and BscScan, and marked each promise as met, not met or can’t verify.
- Ran the entry-gate checks that public data allows.
What we did not do:
- Check individual mint transactions (dates, amounts, wallets).
- Review the code of the implementation contract or its past versions.
- Run a sell test or read the audit report.
- Reach anyone at the project except through its public X account (so far).
On-chain and market data were checked on 16 Oct 2026. Dates marked “≈” come from page metadata.
Updates
- 16 Oct 2026: we asked the project publicly on X (@LeverFi) about the supply, the security incident and the buyer of the assets. No reply yet. Reply window: until 23 Oct 2026.
- 17 Oct 2026: leverfi.io and sedunia.io did not open when we tried them from a phone on a mobile connection. This is one check from one place; we did not repeat it from another network before publishing.
- 20 Oct 2026: published. No reply from the project 4 days after our questions. The reply window stays open until 23 Oct 2026; any answer will be added here, unedited, with its date.
- 23 Oct 2026: the reply window closed. We received no reply from the project. If it answers later, the answer will be added here, unedited, with its date.
- 23 Oct 2026: added the “What is confirmed, and what is not” section. It restates facts already in this review; no new data was added.

Any reply from the project and any correction will be added here with its date.
Glossary: the terms in plain words

Supply and cap
Supply is how many tokens exist. A cap is a maximum the project promises never to exceed. If more tokens appear than the cap allows, each existing token becomes a smaller share of the whole.
Mint
To mint is to create new tokens. If a contract has a mint function, whoever holds the right key can make more tokens, which can lower the value of the ones you already hold.
Proxy (upgradeable contract)
A smart contract is a program that lives on the blockchain. A proxy is a front door that points to another contract holding the real rules. The owner of the key can point the door to new rules, so the behaviour can change after launch. A contract that is not a proxy cannot be changed this way.
Verified contract
The author published the readable code and the explorer confirmed it matches what runs on the chain, so anyone can read the rules. It does not mean the code is safe.
Block explorer (Etherscan, BscScan)
A public website that shows what is on a blockchain: a token’s supply, its holders, every transfer and the contract code. Anyone can check it without an account. Etherscan covers Ethereum, BscScan covers BNB Chain.
Delisting
An exchange stops offering a token for trading. Holders can keep the token, but selling usually gets harder and moves to smaller venues.
Market cap
Price multiplied by the number of tokens in circulation: a rough measure of size. “On-chain market cap” uses the supply the contract itself shows.
Audit
A review of a project’s contract code by an outside security firm. It can find bugs. It does not guarantee that the code is safe or that the project will succeed.
Escrow
Money held by a neutral third party until agreed conditions are met.
Token swap
Exchanging an old token for a new one at a set rate, usually before a deadline. After the deadline, holders of the old token may be unable to exchange it.
