About NOTR

Crypto needs a reset. People can do it together.

NOTR is a filter for the market. It clears out the junk and finds the projects that are worth it, and people will decide.

The problem

Scams and dishonest teams have cost crypto its trust. New projects launch every week with loud promises, most of them lose their buyers’ money or quietly disappear, and many people have left, sure that if it is crypto, it must be a scam. The whole market loses because of this.

But this is a new time, and it calls for something new. Above all we need to understand what an asset is worth and where it is actually used. Strong projects exist, the noise just hides them.

That is why the market needs a reset: clear out the junk and give proper attention to the assets and teams that deserve it.

What we do
We check every new project on open facts and answer three questions: is it safe, are the price and structure fair, does it keep its word. Then one verdict: Ready, Not yet or Not ready. Junk shows up at once, and strong projects are easy to find.
Who can become an analyst
Anyone who analyses projects well. No diploma, no fund, no followers. You review a project with your reasons and sources, say what would prove you wrong, and let the facts decide. Many sharp analysts work alone, in private chats and notebooks. Here their work is seen, and a record of right calls becomes their reputation.
Who gives the verdict
  1. Now

    The NOTR team

We write each verdict from public facts, say so openly, and show every source.

  2. Next

    Analysts with a public record

Analysts add their own verdicts, each with reasons and sources. Every call stays on a public profile, right or wrong.

  3. Later

A vote weighted by track record

The more often an analyst was right, the more their vote counts.

“Men trust their eyes more than their ears.”

— Seneca, Roman Stoic philosopher

Letters to Lucilius, 6

Let’s be honest.

This market loves a loud promise. Projects flare up, shine for a few months and quietly go out, and you are left with a chart pointing down. Boring, and expensive besides.

I am offering a different game. The facts on the table, every source in view, no “just trust me”. A good project has nothing to fear from our questions; the rest will have to answer. Today our team writes the verdicts. Next, the word passes to analysts who put their own reputation on the line, and a voice like that cannot be bought with a handful of tokens.

I am sure that the voice of many attentive people says more than ten people in a closed room. And that serious projects, the ones that work in real life and not only on slides, will win. They just need help getting out of the noise.

Crypto is long overdue a reset. Let’s do it with style, and together.

The people behind NOTR

Where we are heading

What we want

  • 01

Good projects that don’t get lost

A serious team should be easy to find, and its record should speak for it.

  • 02

    Fewer empty projects

Hard entry checks, dated promises and a bond behind them make it costly to launch and disappear.

  • 03

    A public record

Every verdict, reason and result stays visible, so anyone can check the work.

Our limits

What we don’t do

  • We don’t give investment advice.
  • We don’t sell verdicts. The review fee is the same whatever the result.
  • We don’t keep a project’s bond as income.
  • We don’t judge by price. A project that keeps its promises is not at fault if the market ignores it.
