Privacy

Short version: this site has no accounts, no cookies and no tracking across sites. We count visits with cookie-free statistics that store nothing on your device. We do not collect your email through the site. The only thing stored in your browser is the language you pick.

Hosting and server logs

When you open a page, the hosting provider's servers process technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The provider keeps these logs for a short period and we do not combine them with other data.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, the same provider that hosts the site, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. A visitor is told apart only by a hash made from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so nobody can follow you from day to day or across other sites. Each page view records the time, the page, where you came from, your country, device type, browser and operating system, and is counted in aggregate, not tied to your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to the email above.

Your language choice

If you switch the language, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name “notr-lang”. It never leaves your device and you can delete it in your browser settings. Storing it is needed for the feature you asked for (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).

Fonts and market data

Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google or another font service. Live market numbers are fetched by our server from public sources (CoinGecko, Binance, alternative.me), so your browser does not contact those services.

Links and email

Links to other sites (explorers, exchanges, X, Telegram) open those sites under their own privacy rules. If you email us, we use your message only to answer it and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to the email above. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
