Is it safe?
Automatic checks on public data: can anyone read the contract, can the team change the rules in secret, can the token be sold, do the links match. Fail a must-pass check and the project stays off the main list.

Is the price and structure fair?
How much the project is worth at launch, how many tokens can be sold on day one, how many are released in the first year, and who bought at what price. The same for every project, next to what similar launches did before.

Does it keep its word?
Promises are public and dated. Each one is checked on its due date. Where two statements differ, we ask the project and publish the reply as written.

Then one verdict
Ready, Not yet or Not ready, with the three answers and the sources next to it. Today the NOTR team writes it. As analysts build a record, their vote takes over.
